Admissions – Early Childhood
Thank you for your interest. We welcome admissions inquiries and applications at any time during the year.
We strongly recommend that you begin the application process by visiting or attending an admissions event in the early Fall prior to the year of entry. We also recommend that you submit your application in the Fall.
For a conversation about enrolling your child, please contact Maggie Davis in the Admissions Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.

- Start the application process using the Apply Online button above to submit a enrollment application, a $50 non-refundable application fee, and a recent photograph of your child.
- Choose a date and register for a tour
- We'll also need a teacher reference and school transcripts if available. Please use these forms: Teachers Reference PreK-1 and the Request for Records
- We'll be in touch with you to invite you and your child for an admissions play-date
We look forward to meeting you and your child during our admissions play-dates. The admissions play-date is a 45-minute visit to one of our beautiful Waldorf classroom for circle time and free play. While children enjoy their classroom visit, parents are invited to a group discussion with the school leadership and admissions team.
nursery admissions visits
Applicants to our nursery program are invited to visit our beautiful home-like nursery where you and your child will meet our trained Waldorf teachers.
The Waldorf School of Philadelphia is committed to providing financial support to qualified students desiring a Waldorf education through our financial aid program. Financial aid is open to all students who have turned 5 years old by June 1st. To learn about our financial aid program visit the financial aid page of this website.
We understand that choosing the right school for your child is a heartfelt decision. This is why we will communicate with you every step of the way and share our admissions decision as soon as possible.
