The Waldorf School of Philadelphia supports many different kinds of families through our Extended Day Program. Whether you need an early drop-off, a later pick-up, or both, your child stays in the same familiar Waldorf environment

Before & After Care
Early Childhood
Before Care
7:30am – 8:15am. No cost.
Registration is required for Early Childhood Before Care.
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
After Care
3:30pm – 5:45pm. Daily and Yearly rates.
Snack is provided.
$1,880 per registered session (see below for dates).
$28/day if registered by school dismissal. Registering for 10 or more days at once saves you 10%.
Please note: Due to staffing ratios an additional $20 fee will be charged if the student is not registered.
Grades School
Before Care
7:30am – 8:00am. No cost.
Open to every Grades student.
Space is unlimited.
No registration necessary. Just drop your child off.
After Care
3:30pm – 5:45pm. Daily and Yearly rates.
Please pack a light snack.

$28/day if you register by school dismissal. Registering for 10 or more days at once saves you 10%.

First day of school - Tuesday, January 26th
Session 2
Wednesday, January 27th - Tuesday, June 8
No aftercare is available on early dismissal days or when school closes early due to weather or other emergencies.
