Minimum Duration All space rentals require a minimum 2-hour reservation period.

Facility Hours & Curfew Rentals may be scheduled up to 10:00 PM. All events, teardown, and vacating of the premises must be completed no later than 10:00 PM.

Staff Coverage To ensure your event runs smoothly and our building remains secure, all facility rentals require an on-site staff member fee.

Cleaning and Sanitation Fee A non-refundable cleaning fee applies to all rentals to cover professional housekeeping services and post-event sanitation. This fee covers deep cleaning, but the renter is responsible for basic cleanup — all trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster outside the facility at the conclusion of the event. Leaving excessive debris or unbagged trash inside the building may result in additional maintenance charges.

For in-kind events where this fee is waived, the renter assumes full responsibility for cleaning. The facility must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered. Failure to do so will result in additional maintenance charges.
